Thank you to Dufferin Community Foundation for their generous donation to be able to raise awareness, reduce stigma and encourage older adults to remain connected.

Through various farmers markets, fairs and community events our network members will be engaging with older adults and the community at large to promote our new “Are you Connected?” Caledon and Dufferin rack cards.
